1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HangItApp ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
HangItApp provides automated call management features including:
- Auto-mute during phone calls
- Auto-hangup after specified duration
- Call timing and statistics
3. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per user
4. Permissions Required
The App requires these Android permissions:
- Phone State — to detect incoming/outgoing calls
- Make Calls — to manage call functions
- Answer Calls — to intercept and manage calls automatically
- Audio Settings — to mute/unmute during calls
- Notifications — to alert you about call actions
By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to perform automated call management on your behalf.
5. Subscription Terms
Free Tier: Basic features only.
Pro Subscription:
- Monthly: $3.99/month
- Yearly: $24.99/year
- Billing through Google Play
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime via Google Play subscription settings
- No refunds for partial periods
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Harass, spam, or abuse others through automated calls
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Share your account with others
- Use the App to violate telecommunications regulations
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
- That the App will work with all carriers or call types
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for missed calls, dropped calls, or call quality issues
- We are not responsible for consequences of using auto-hangup features
- Total liability is limited to amount paid in last 12 months
9. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use the auto-hangup feature
- Ensuring use complies with your local laws
- Any consequences of automatically ending calls
- Relationships affected by use of the App
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in abusive behavior
- Required by law
You may delete your account anytime through App settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
